As those of you on Xbox One have noticed, there is a reasonably large (37.67 GB) update available for download. The purpose of this update is to optimize the game client, as once installed it will allow you to save ~16 GB of disk space.
This update will be required from October 14th, 09.00 UTC. It is highly recommended that you download this update as soon as you can to limit impact on or after the 14th.
The game will become playable once you have downloaded 4 GB. The download will continue in the background, but be aware network performance may be impacted by this download.

"On October 14, 2:00 PDT (4:00 CDT, 09:00 UTC, 12:00 FET) all XBox One players will see an update that will re-download the full game.
You will have the option to download this new compressed version starting on Monday, October 10th 2:00 PDT (4:00 CDT, 09:00 UTC, 12:00 FET).
Use this Time Zone Converter tool to translate UTC into your local time.
We are encouraging all players to force this download as soon as they can to limit the impact on or after the October 14.
This new download is a compressed version of the game.
This download is roughly 40GB, but once installed, will save users around 16GB of HD space from the current installation.
If you have your XBox One set to auto download, this will download in the background.
World of Tanks will become playable after 4GB on Xbox One and will continue in the background; may impact network performance during battle.
