...tanks were first used in combat, at the Battle of Flers-Courcelette.

They had an interview on the radio (it was BBC radio in USA) this morning with an officer of one of the seven tanks that were fielded that day. He talked about how they were petrified. Poor visibility. No feeling of support. Extremely hot in the metal box. Amazing.

Prima facie, buddy. He'd have to be 120-125. I guess my wording wasn't very good.

I've just started reading a book about that sort of thing, one of the really big issues was the jolting. There's stories of tanks hitting bit ditches or shell holes and knocking everyone unconscious. One tank got its commander's skull caved in. There's also a story where they demonstrate a tank to George V. The tank tries to cross a big ditch to demonstrate its capabilities but it just nosedives in and gets stuck. They manage to get it out and it rolls up next to the king and three of the crew get out to salute him. Everyone else stays in the tank because they've all been knocked unconscious.
