I'd also like to see the trails that only light tanks could traverse brought back.

Skorpion pass, A8, the last small hill against the edge of the map... Don't try to use that. I got stuck trying to peak back and forth through there. Waited to die.

I've had decent luck with the ridges in the middle of the map. I stay clear of the edges because that seems to be where all of the sniping Soviet heavies like to go.

It was even better before WG in their infinite knowledge nerfed the last package single shot . I think I'm in the rare group that still runs the single shot even after the nerf. The gun handling is just better than the autoloader and due to the lighter weight I've found that the tank handles better.

I honestly prefer the autoloader and seems to handle along the lines of the Chinese I get that. After the nerf I went back to the autoloader for a bit. Unfortunately a few games later I took a hit to the ammo rack after already using my repair kit. My reload was an agonizing 60+ seconds. That really killed it for me. I went straight back to the single shot after that. All that being said the Bulldog is an outstanding tank no matter the gun you choose to run on it.

I want a big fan of the autoloader on the bulldog. It isn't stealthy enough to sneak in for the mag dumps, like the T71 is. And it doesn't seem to handle as well as the single, as was said.

Interesting take on why the light tanks get screwed. That did not occur to me to be honest. Makes sense though.

I found myself killing things with 4-6 shells remaining in the clip and hitting reload. Didn't like having to wait 30 seconds. Plus as you said the gun handling, also the single is just more versatile.

I don't really want light tanks made easier to play but I also don't want them made unnecessarily difficult because good players are driving the stat curve up because other players give up on the class to quickly.

th y gotta give us the big view range nerfs across the entire board of tanks. starting at tier 1 tanks getting only like 250m view range and slightly increasing from each tier up. The fact that everyone can just spot and shoot things for themselves is really bothersome but the biggest part of light tanking well is staying alive until the end of the match where you can properly utilize open flanks and work as a janitor.

The disparity between the different tanks is really apparent now that the Spotting stat is being displayed in the garage. There definitely seems to be something off about the stats.

The new in game 0-100 scale isn't worth much. It doesn't account for equipment and skills, and it's just a relative scale anyways. Blah.
I don't think they'll change view ranges, which is why I was kinda hunting at buffing light Camo. Let us get closer and have more freedom.

It would be nice if you could mount and dismount equipment or change out crews and see a difference in the numbers. I'm still working out exactly what all the information is telling me. You say it's a "relative scale". Relative to what?

Didn't the patch notes just say the numbers are 0-100? Essentially a percentage right? 0%-100%? Since we don't know what 100% is, the number is just relative to your other tanks. Spotting distance is 89 on one tank and 74 on the next... so?? The 89 tank can see farther...blah.

A scale that started with a particular tank as the base would be a relative scale. That was what threw me. I was trying to figure out what WG used as a baseline. To describe it another way, 32° on a Fahrenheit scale is freezing. Saying "it is 8° below freezing" is describing the temperature in a relative scale where as saying "it is 24°" is that same temperature expressed as an absolute. Sorry, just my anal retentiveness rearing its ugly head.

True. The scale itself isn't relative. The use or application of the value given from that scale is merely relative to similarly determined values from other tanks. 86% tells me nothing specific since the 100% mark is not provided.

OK, I'm following now. You're right that the number with nothing to compare it to is pretty irrelevant.
