Should arty have friendly fire? Look I know all the bad that came from this before but hear me out. Today I was working over a T32 in my T49 real nice like. Timing and dodging his shots and just wrecking him. I've got him down to less than 100 HP and I'm right on his ass when out of the blue an red arty shell comes down, hits the T32 on the engine deck and splash kills me. Shit is infuriating. That should have killed the fucking T32 in addition to me. But I guess I'm just salty because I was #outplayed.

I don't think it would be a good idea. It's bad enough worrying when opfor arty is going to decide to end my game, I don't want to have to worry about Green arty doing it too.

I know I know, you are probably right. What if we had Mirror Image damage. For example, if the artillery hits the friendly tank, both the tank and the artillery who fired the shot take the damage. I would think that this would teach artillery to choose their shots a bit more wisely.

It would work if WG would police the game, but that probably won't happen.
Friendly fire in all vehicles would be nice but only if trolls and idiots would get banned fast.

It would work if WG would police the game, but that probably won't happen. Friendly fire in all vehicles would be nice but only if trolls and idiots would get banned fast. Even then it would be a shit show because people would be reporting people just for accidental hits, making it hard to determine whether someone's trolling or if it was an accident.

^ Yes there would be people getting in the way on purpose.
As it is now and since it's not really competitive, it's better without friendly fire.
Only way to really police it would be by watching replays and only punish when it's obvious.
