I have owned the IS7 for a few months now and have only maybe 20 games in it.I did terrible in this tank and just quit playing it.I'm going to give it another shot with three slots of equipment on it.what should I use on it ? Any advice at all about this tank is needed  |

I'd say rammer and vents for sure. Not sure about last slot - but the first two seems to be standard fare for heavies.

Can the IS-7 mount Vert Stab? The Tiger can't - so I have rammer, vents, and toolbox on it; rammer, vents, GLD on KV-2; and rammer, vents, and V-Stab on 50t/T26E4 (it might as well be a heavy).

I run rammer, Vstabs, and GLD on mine. It's nice not having to take 80 years to aim with a Soviet heavy.
It's far from the most OP tier X tank out there, but honestly, it's one of my favorites. It can get hull down, it can sidescrape...the gun hits hard with "good enough" pen, and it's pretty mobile for a heavy. There's really not a whole lot to hate about the tank.

I run it with rammer, vert stab and GLD too, the aiming time is awful.

Same as the above. Rammer, VS, and GLD. I love this tank but it is effin difficult to get an Ace in it. 9k total a couple nights ago and just a 1.
