So OP, what style of play do you like? I like TDs and derp guns. I love the KV-2, the Hellcat, the P88 (it plays like an overgrown Hellcat with a little armor, to me). I also adore the Tiger. I'm not much of a brawler. Not sure if that's because I've never had a tank that could brawl - or because I don't like it. And Saturday, the T8 Prems are 25% off. Might be a good time to pick up the ones I missed last time that I might truly 'need' to have. I'm thinking I'll get the 50t cause it looks great, and the SP just because it's US and cheap. |

Get the E-25 immediately. It's so good they removed it from the PC store. The damn thing is a belt-fed sniper in a ghillie suit.
The SU-122-44 is Stalin's enforcer. Sure the gunner is drunk, but a thug is still a thug even when drunk.
FCM 50t is a fun tank as long as you don't mind being a BIG target. I have a love/hate affair with her. Hell, I even bought Liberte but still cuss at her sometimes.
Jt 8.8 is very situational. Get caught out of position and you'll be murdered. Get set-up right and your enemies will drown in their own blood and you'll need a truck to carry your silver.
Side note: I just got through playing the ISU-122s and IS-2 on the practice field and will probably get both when they pop up.

Played both the ISU-122 and IS-2 in proving ground. IS-2 has a reload and aim time I hate, ISU-122 just had a slow reload. Maybe equip and crew would help both...but I'll probably pass on them. I did replay the IS-2, and it was fun to bounce shot after shot...but still, that aim time.

I know it's not a tier 8, but if you like TDs and derp guns, you need the SU-100Y in your life.
It's like "what if we took the KV-2, and made it accurate, with 200 pen?"
It also makes really good silver for a tier 6 premium. My best on a premium account was something like 10 pens gave me ~100k silver.

I don't necessarily *need* T8 prems. I am just trying to avoid the low tier prems because I cannot stand T2-4 game play. T5 and T6 are fine with me.

The Churchill 3 is the best tier 5 tech tree premium heavy tank. There's no way I'd play an excelsior or T14 over the church. I have mine set up with a rammer, gld, and a toolbox. It fires insanely fast, and it's very hard to keep tracked with that setup. It's a good brawler. |

That's the problem...I can find Russian and German prems I like - just no US prems. The Ram 2 would be worth it if it got PMM, but since it doesn't, it struggles. The T34 might fit the bill, it's not so much a heavy as it is a sluggish TD. Spershing is also a really fun tank. |

Takes a little bit to get used to (good players will kill you quickly because of the weak spots), but once you figure out the playstyle, it's a solid tank. |

Enjoy your new box tank! Wait for the T23 or T95e2 for something American. Ram 2 is fun and earns xp n silver. If you can run lights grab the Amx Chaffee upon rerelease it trains US n French crews very quickly.
