I am grinding two crews now that will eventually be placed in the Obj 140 and the T-62A. I know there are subtle differences between them. Should the crew skills be different as well?
In other words, after SS, BIA, and repairs, what are the next 4 most important for each? Thanks.

I don't think so, they are similar enough to have the same first 5-10 crew skills. I'm no expert though.

If you want to run food I'd recommend training Pain Tolerance and Jack of All Trades and replacing your med kit instead of your fire extinguisher on the 140. The 140 is also more prone to ammo rack damage if you're getting hit in the hull, ideally you'd avoid that, but Safe Stowage is recommended if you can't.

TBH it's what I tend to do if running food in general. Having a slightly longer reload time or less view range etc in a battle is better than brewing up, and those crew skills make a crew member loss less likely, or have minimal impact if it does happen.

Ok, thanks for the replies. So they are similar enough to benefit from the same skills/perks. Safe Stowage sounds like a must. Is Pain Tolerance/JOAT more important than smooth ride or snap shot?

No, use extinguisher, first aid and repair kit until you have those trained, then train pain tolerance and JOAT, then swawp out first aid for rations. Imho anyway.

Slippery....I ended up putting safe stowage on my 140 and didn't on my 62a. It was a problem on the 140 and hasn't been a problem on the 62a. Otherwise the rest of mine are the same.
