I currently have both the tiger p and the tiger I. eventually ill wanna continue on down the line, but only have enough silver for one and was wondering what everyone thought about the next tanks on each line. which one do you prefer and why, or any thought/comments on either would be great.

Tiger 2 is better than the VK A. It's just as mobile, gets a better gun and the armour seems better.
E-75 is more versatile than the VK B, although the B is still good, frontally at least.
E-100 is superior to the Maus in nearly every single way. I've never seen an E-100 upper plate get penned, 268 cuts through the Maus upper plate though. E-100 also has better turret armour as it's angled and not curved on the front, and it gets a 15cm gun that does 750 alpha with 330 HEAT pen if the AP pen is a bit low for people. It's also faster, so to sum up, E-100 can bounce just as much enemy shots, it has better mobility, and better firepower.
Maus line became near worthless when the Maus couldn't beat up tier 5s anymore imho.

Like REST said the tiger 2 is the better tank vs the 45.02a. The e-75 is a beast while the 45.02b has better frontal armour but trying to go around corners leaves you vulnerable as your turret's on the back. They both sidescrape well with the 45.02b doing it better or not needing to do it at all depending on whats shooting at you. And yeah, E-100 is way better than the Maus.

I went the vk route...the A is meh, some good games in there but mostly gets its ass kicked. I really like the B now that it's top package. I platooned with a clan mate last night. One battle was me in the B and him in the E75...we were the only 2 tier nines on green as top tier. I ended up with a High Caliber and steel wall. I pretty much kicked the ass of the red team's tortoise and I face hugged a tiger II that could not pen me. My only kill was that Tiger II and my mate had 4 kills and a about 3100. It was dream match making. I think the tiger 2 route is better overall though as I'm not a fan of the Maus so I'll be done at the B.

I do see alot of talk and pictures of stats with the e100 and almost none with the maus, so yeah i guess thats a pretty good indication too.

I've kept both Tiger II and VK45A in my garage. Different styles but both are fun. It is brawl A vs mobil e II. Both have dangerous guns and hold their own against the opposition.

Not trying to beat a dead horse, but I have both and the Tiger II and the 45A. Tiger II seems more fun. No desire to go to the Maus.

FWIW if you're into it, the E100 should be easy to get 2 or more MOEs because I see a shit ton of really really bad E100 drivers. It has to be the worst used tank at tier X. In fact some of the worst players I have ever seen in this game at any tier are in an E100. Sad really, its such a good tank.

and i get what youre saying about bad drivers.....i am by no means great, but ill play battles and see people in tier 6 7 8 tanks just playing terrible, like i cant even believe what im seeing. it really makes me wonder how have you made it this far up any tree playing like that

To be honest, I don't like either the Maus or the E-100. That said, I would recommend the Tiger II as it and the E-75 are more enjoyable to play. the VK 45.02A was just painful. I enjoyed my time in the B though.

ive since purchased the tiger ll, on the second to last package, slowly learned what it can/cant do and should/shouldnt do. not a huge fan so far, theres just a fine line between being too close and too far from the action and its tricky, at least for me.

I think the Maus gets a bad rap, but I am Also very good with it.

Always found my Tiger 2 turret to be rather bouncey. Once hull down pretty hard to pen. Just don't keep the turret too still. As that commander hatch is a target. |
