It's a relic of when the old Chaffee could see tier X. When they made this tank they kept the same MM for some insane reason.
I would love for it to either get standard Scout MM or get a view range buff so it can be useful as a scout in high tier games.

I was lucky enough to play the Chaffe before its nerf, so I can remember that to some degree. I ultimately agree with your position on the AMX. I guess I was just pointing out that it can perform in tier X under right conditions...but I guess any light can perform under the right conditions. Funny though, I hardly ever play my AMX Chaffe because I'm grinding the bulldog, RU, LTTB, and T21. |

I bought mine back, sold it not long after I got it with Xbone founders pack. Had no idea how to play it, and was clueless to the concept of not selling premiums. Still won't play it, this posts subject being a main reason. Ridiculous I think, and I don't care what map you get in that situation, it's likely not gonna end well. Don't see many of these out there anymore, prolly because of this.

Still love mine like a long lost child. Sure the tier X match on a city map sucks ass but there is just so much good that outweighs that little bit of bad for me.

I took mine out quite a bit last week and was having a blast. The occasional tier 10 match was a challenge, but i just played quite passive early and more aggressive late game. That doesn't mean I didn't the receive the occasional deathstar round to the face when coming around corners, but killing a tier 10 and coming on top of the leader-board makes it worthwhile. I loved the old pre-nerf Chaffee it was one of my stress relief tanks. Just take it out and run around and be a pain in the butt.

I never had a problem with mm, thats the tank I got my first Orliks medal in. I wish it had a little bit smaller peofile though, I think thats what gave the old chaffee its magic. I try to passively spot in this and that only works on certaon maps.

The Joco is a funny little beast. Make it top-tier and it's a monster. Get it into today's Tier X matches (especially city and Whore!-variants) and it can be a struggle to survive long enough to make it to the end game. If they were to make it Tier IX max, I wouldn't complain at all. Two weekends ago, I went 1-7 in it with the vast majority being Tier X games. This past weekend both the game I played it in were wins with one being Tier IX and the other being Tier VII. I felt dirty after this one:   |

If they made it T9, that would be sensible. I can understand. T10 is a bit iffy, have to say for the other lights that are 7 and 8, you wonder why anyone would take an AMX into a game knowing they would get T10. might as well have something that acts like a T8 medium but without the armor.
I haven't touched mine since playing the bulldog. If I'm going to have MM place me into higher tiers, I'm going to give myself somewhat of a chance
