Spreading this to the bunker to see some of your opinions on the subject. I'm giving up on the main forums soon, the amount of ignorance by some individual people there never changes and I feel like it's a waste of time proposing buffs/nerfs as it never happens. A large majority there agreed with the proposal, but a small percent of about 1 or 2 people took it the wrong way (as always) and attacked with their e-peens.
So anyways, the idea.
For the Centurion 7/1, 5 rounds per minute is very low compared to the Type 61 and Leopard PTA, not to mention that those tanks are much faster and have the same gun with not that much less armor than the Centurion since it's nerf.
As it stands, the 7/1 has the worst tier 9 medium DPM of 1950.
A solid 5.8 rounds per minute at least should be enough to carry it's own weight easier.
It would also be nice if we could have the old turret armor values, but at least buff the ROF.
What do you guys think?

I agree with you Halo. The 7/1 is in serious need of a RoF buff. It is underpowered against its' tier IX brethren because of this. i was let down by the 7/1 because of the RoF of the 105 and I had it pre-nerf.

I agree. The gun is fantastic, the rate of fire is terrible. If it's going to have no turret armor, it should match the other tier IX mediums in rate of fire. I keep wanting the buy mine back, but I'm struggling to justify it.

A rof buff would be nice, or a 10 kph speed buff. I really like the tank but I dread seeing T-54s on the opfor when driving it.

I think you are fucking stupid what a shit idea just look at your fucking stats you little scrubby shit. the 7/1 is perfectly fine you just have to git gud you piece of shit it is perfectly balanced you moron gawd I'm like the only intelligent that plays this game jesus you suck.  tbh I didn't mind the low RoF when I played it. Helped me keep out of trouble by letting me back off, become unspotted then peek again. No fucking clue why they'd nerf the turret. Completely fucking stupid that one. Definitely needs its turret armour back. |

Given the fact its turret got nerfed slightly a few updates back I would be open to the idea of dpm buff.

It never should have been nerfed in the first place.
Most of the tier 9 mediums, as well as the heavies, make it look like a joke.
I can't think of a situation where I'd rather be in a 7/1, instead of the Conqueror.

I wouldn't mind a RoF and turret buff but I would still love to see the Premium HESH replaced with HEAT. The standard HESH it gets is just about as effective and is five times cheaper. Having high pen HEAT like every other L7 cannon variant user would help it a lot more against heavy armor targets.
