What are the most useless Skills and Perks?

I've always found reading and spelling to be completely useless skills.  

Ive never used swimming or paratrooper...I think I've used most of the others at least once. 

Intuition isn't all that useful so it might as well be useless. The radio range one is not that useful after tier V or so. And Call for Vengeance, while amusing, doesn't really help you as you'll already be dead.

Adrenaline rush? I've had it save my ass a few times but yeah, its not something I would go for in the first 10 skills.

intuition is funny when you get a high tier arty or 183 to fire like a machine gun.

In all honesty, crew skills are the most poorly implemented aspect of the game. They take too long to build up, everyone picks the same first 1-10 skills for the most part (just varying the order in which they are picked)and some are simply useless.

The whole thing should be thrown out and replaced with a system similar to Skyrim and Fallout-- you focus on picking a skill you want to emphasis (DPM, accuracy, speed, camo, damage, etc) and you improve those particular skills over time. So one Leo 1 driver could be more stealthy and quick while another is super-accurate but more visible and not as fast driving around. Greater customization being the idea

Eagle Eye. Not sure why you'd ever need that unless I'm missing something. I just aim for the weak spots to try and pen in any situation.

probably a tie between call for vengeance and intuition for worst perk/skill. Your potato team won't get any benefit form the extra 2 second of spotting your corpse is doing due to CFV; most can't even use a mini-map so the extra information will usually be wasted. intuition just flat out doesn't work like it says it does. Having the loader match the reload level when you switch shells part way through the process sounds great on paper, but in practice it has a dismal 17% chance of procing. This just makes it completely useless on tanks with long reloads due to the low chance, and on tanks with fast reloads it is unnecessary. if it simply had the chance taken out of it then it would be better and actually useful in some situations. it would be especially useful for arty, in which you don't really have the time to switch shells.

I also thought about CFV allowing you to gain spotting damage after you die, but then I instantly realised that it would encourage YOLO scouting. Might be good in like CW's since the extra information would be more helpful to your clan mates.

I sometimes train mentor, then replace it and may do it again. Not always.
