I got the IS-7, it's mediocre against HEATFS tanks but pretty good against Late-WWII & Post-WWII tanks.
erdict: Collectors tank that's kinda useful and fun.

I'm not sure about that at the moment, it'd be pretty weird putting them at Rank 6, since we don't even have supersonic fighters/bombers yet Problem I can see with some helis is guided/TOW rockets, they'd be incredibly powerful |
