In almost every tank I go Mentor, Sixth Sence, Repairs, BIA, Camo.
But Jack Of All trades and Armorer are skills that many people forget, and especially Jack can be very usefull.
Controlled Impact on tanks that are good rammers.
I don't own an E-50, but this would be my crew.
Sixth Sence, Repairs, BIA, Controlled impact, Preventive Maintenance, Camo, Smooth Ride, Snap shot, Track Mechanic, Pain Tolerance, Silent Driving, Muffled Shot, Jack of all trades,....

My first three are almost always: Sixth Sense BiA Repairs
After those, I customize for whatever tank I'm in.

Sixth Sense and BiA are usually the first skills for every tank for me. Then Repairs for Heavies and assault gun TDs like the AT series, Clutch Braking for SPGs, and Camo for everything else.

My first three are almost always: Sixth Sense BiA Repairs After those, I customize for whatever tank I'm in. Yeap me too. Always pick skills and perks that enhance the tanks attributes. Example, a tank with good view range and view range skill/perks can see the max distance with just polished optics so you dont need binocs. No need to stop 5 seconds and wait. Tanks.gg is a good site to figure out skills and stuff for each tonk.

I always start training a crew on low tier premiums and usually train Mentor first, then switch it for 6th Sense (until my gold runs out then it's 6th Sense first). Once I've got 6th Sense trained and overtrained the crew I'll switch it to the tank it's going to stay in, then it's usually BIA next followed by repair and then Mentor again. Then it depends on the tank on what's next.

Mentor and bia are my first 2 always. Then depending on how much I need or what tank it is I will either go 6th sense, repairs or camo.

I almost al always train either repairs or camo first (depends on what style the tank plays as), trade for 6th, then retain Repairs/camo and switch for BiA, then finally train and leave camo or repairs. Though on camo based tanks repairs; s almost always 4th, however 4 and 5 are usually to address a prevalent issue (aim times, traverse, etc)

I train Mentor first, because it trains faster, then switch it for 6th sense. I'll do the same for the second skill, switching it for BIA. Then I'll train Mentor for a third time, and keep it. After that, it depends on the tank. Repairs, snapshot, smooth ride, camo, in no particular order.

Sixth sense and bia are usually my first two. But it is tank and how you intend to play the tank dependent.

mentor -> swap for sixth sense -> mentor -> swap for BIA -> mentor -> repairs(heavies, assault guns)/camo(scouts, soft TD's, meds)/clutch breaking(SPG's)
After that its usually tank specific.

Sixth sense, Repairs, BIA.
Any skill ater that is purely your decision regarding your playstyle. For the E-50M i would definitely train smooth ride, Snap shot, Clutch braking and Offroad driving.
Theres not much need for preventative maintenance as such on the E-50M because your transmission is in the rear so shots placed in lower plate will not set you on fire or damage your engine unlike the E-50.

Sixth Sense, Repairs (unless LT, then camo), BIA, then usually Off road driving, after that it tends to cater for the tank - i.e snapshot for mediums or preventative maintenance/safe stowage for tanks with damage-prone modules. Considering I tend to hop from one grind to another and average 6-7 perks per grind Mentor seems kinda pointless to me

I am close to unlocking the M26 Pershing I have a 7 skill TD crew what do I need besides sixth sense bia repairs For the Pershing? Besides those three I would recommend Camo, Sit. Awareness, Recon, and Snap Shot. The Pershing can make a suprisingly effective spotter. And it's not really mobile enough or armored enough to be a to be a brawler so it works better working ridge lines and shooting targets at range.

My Hellcat has Mentor, Camo, Green Thumb, Silent Running, Muffled Shot, BIA, and SS. My Bulldog has about the same thing but it is only at 5, Recon, SA, Smooth Ride, Muffled Shot, Camo(I think). T29 has Mentor, Track Repair, Clutch Braking, Snap Shot, and Off-Road. As you can see I go more for the strengths then a set first picks.
