We almost need an Election thread at this point. This, this is downright scary www.foxnews.com/politics/activist-group-election-protests-trumpAll the polls that show Biden ahead are creating the narrative that Trump has already lost the election. Most of these kind of people don’t dig in to polling data to see that Democrats are oversampled 8-10% in these polls which coincidentally mirror 2016. This group, Shut Down DC, I would wager are looking at the very real possibility that Trump is going to win and see it as him stealing the election. This group may turn out to be real trouble Additionally, these people probably don’t understand how the Electoral College works When their candidate wins=electoral college good When their candidate loses=electoral college bad I don't see how disrupting DC on election day is going to help the far-left. Even if Biden wins, it'll be open season right away to get them out of the precious deep state swamp land. we don't need an election thread. We need an election meltdown thread when trump wins again. Early voting doesn't look to be as rosy as the Democrats were hoping it would be. I still think it will be a very close election in terms of vote totals in battleground states, but it does still look like Trump has a very real shot of winning again. Biden is going to have to start answering questions on this laptop issue....info out today that Hunter was abusing underage girls...bothered Rudy so much that he and Bernard Kerik (former NYC Police Chief) turned it over to the Delaware police who in turned hot potatoed it back to the FBI. Throw in the fact that the "big guy" was taking a cut of everything and I have to laugh out loud at people who have been a broken record for the last 4yrs saying Trump is a crook....and a 47yr Senator/VP and overall swamp rat peddling influence and then taking a cut is as pure as driven snow. Do you see any irony in this at all? Libs screamed for 4 years that Trump was "owned by Russia" which ended up being a political hit job and entirely fabricated. There is actual evidence, both on that laptop, from a dude in jail turning on Hunter (thousands of emails) and now the former CEO of Sinohawk that tie Chairman Joe to his family profiting off of his elected office, and even getting a significant cut of that money. Throw in the fact that is really starting to look like his son is a pedophile and that physical evidence (pics.,wired funds, etc.) is almost assuredly in our adversaries hands being readied to be used against "The Big Guy" if he wins office. Election Day is here, finally. Polls are saying it’s over. Biden will win. Maybe The thing that is not being taken in to account is the level of support that Trump enjoys. Has anyone seen a Biden car parade? A boat parade? I personally haven’t but in honesty I live in a place that is very Pro-Trump. Even at that, I haven’t seen any pictures or videos anywhere in the media of stuff like that for Biden. I think there are many out there who will vote for Biden because they don’t like the President Trump voters are voting because they like Trump and don't like Democrats, Democrat voters are voting because they don't like Trump. There's a massive enthusiasm gap between the two because Democrats are voting out of anger and hate for the president, and Republicans are voting out of jubilation for him and fear of what the Democrats will do if they win. There have been state representatives openly calling for lists of Trump voters so they can be punished after the election. If they didn't already look like brown shirts because they endorsed antifa's violent actions, publicly asking for hit lists certainly makes them look that way. |

I just voted. It was a paper ballot. According to the poll worker it was due to the virus. I signed a ballot request that I got upon verification of who I was. Then I was given a ballot that was numbered and that number was recorded on my ballot request.

To me, after watching the debates, it reminded me a bit of grumpy old men, one obviously a narcissists, the other possibly senile and neither showing capability of debate worthy of someone at that end of politics. All about entertaining the masses with drama. Liking a person so voting for them but not knowing the policies is just as bad and akin to preferencing form over function is also irresponsible. So is people voting just because of tradition which mandates them voting for political parties as opposed to the policies of the party. I have no idea what to do when one's preference doesn't align with either parties pre-election promises? I suppose put together some weighted matrix analysis to find out who to vote for. Whomever wins, about half of the American population will cry foul and unfair and rant about how the USA is doomed forever more but it'll be business as normal. The media will continue to incite, corruption scandals will surface and accusations about interference will be thrown around and take up congress time at immense cost to the taxpayer. I bet all of those celebrities who promised to forever leave the country when Donald Trump became president, never did. Until then though, it's captivating audiences all over the world.  |
