Decided to see what it's like to be on the receiving end of the new CVs in the latest test. Also decided to try out some new lines at the same time. Trying the Japanese CAs, the German DDs, and then the British CAs.
I'm gonna be working towards the Leander asap! Smoke, heals, telecoustic radar, and torps all in one package!!! I thought the Belfast was fun, but dang, THIS IS AWESOME!!!
Definitely going to working on more than just British CVs in the future.
Also the new AA isn't bad. I find it easier to control, and I'm still shooting down planes (when I actually get into a match with CVs that is). Also I'm not having trouble with the heavier AA in my planes either. Yes it is harder and more intense on the approach but I still get hits and rack up damage.
Also in this test they added torpedo bombers to tier 4 in both USN and IJN. You only get one torpedo per drop and 3 drops max if yoyr planes don't die, but the USN ones are easy to aim.
