Assuming everyone is on board, I think it's time to unlock the tech tree tier IX and X 10% discount. I'm close to researching a couple tier IX ships, and the roughly 1.5 million credit discount would be nice. We might also consider opening up the additional coal bonus. We have about 17,500 oil in the bank. What do you guys think?

How is coal normally earned? Mostly through your daily crates. If you select "More Resources", you get at least 400, so if you collect all three crates, you would get at least 1200. The snowflake even has brought tons of coal as well. Tier VII premiums and tier VIII tech tree ships in your port will yield 1000 coal for your first win. |

We could put up a poll. I'm a long ways off from tier 9-10 ships, so I'd rather the coal bonus, but I also rarely get to play.

I'm definitely down for the coal bonus. The T9 and T10 discount is okay but I'm only in line for maybe 1-2 T9s and 10s in the near future.
