Where abouts? I'm in Plymouth. Moved down to Exeter in July. I know some wargamers and lrpers in Plymouth. I grew up in a small town about 30 miles from Exeter so used to go drinking there many moons ago, but moved to Plymouth when I joined the Navy in 97. |

I'm not sure I'll have time for tanks with all that very important business.  You'd need quite some time to really experience it all and appreciate it. We're only a small island but it takes a silly amount of time to travel around sometimes.And we have castles and stately homes everywhere.. they're like squirrels. If you ever do visit, book a private viewing of Stonehenge. Then you get to enter the circle before the public arrive, or after they have all left. It's how my Amanda and I got married there 😁 |

And the wartime tunnels are well worth the queues. You can see where the Miracle of the Little Ships was organised. |

Opens around Easter, pending weather. You won’t be disappointed. Sark is considered the sunniest place in the UK  . Theyll pick you up in a horse drawn cart and Elizabeth will look after you. That’s Elizabeth Peree, shes not quite of the house of Windsor but speaks like royalty mind you. If you find yourself heading that way, let me know. I’ll send word ahead. |
