I'm just not good enough yet to justify a tier IX free xp ship, so I'm thinking of picking up Nelson. How does she stack up with other tier VII premiums for earning potential?

Nothing earns credits like the Missouri - but if you can manage the health pool of the Nelson, it will print Dreadnoughts and Fireproofs (which gives you flags) and consequently you have a chance to live longer and cause more damage to reds. It's a good ship, but make sure you can live with a SLOW ship.

Yeah slow ships just make my head explode. Much like WoT, lol - I just can't do the slow, plodding tanks. That carries over to WoWs for me. I don't mind slowER, but too slow and I want to bang my head off my keyboard, haha.

After watching Flamu's latest review on the buffed Alaska, I'll be waiting for her. She looks very comfortable to play; like a Baltimore with big guns and long range. Also, submerged citadel ftw.
