Even if you buy just the base bundle you get 25 double xp missions, and you get a mission to earn whichever one you didn't buy. You need 300k xp after modifiers. Basically you get two tier VII cruisers for about $18.50 a piece.

Don't know yet. I'm on vacation til tomorrow night. I'd says the skill floor will be a bit challenging. Very short firing range and a bit of a long reload. 15 guns though. With IFHE and some good sailing, you can inflict serious pain.

Boise is a lot of fun. Just keep in mind that IFHE is a necessity. Concealment? Eh, whatever. You're going to spend a lot of time shooting anyway. Maybe at 18 points.

Seems like these are like the Atlanta in that you'll need to burn 8 points on CE so you can get into position without getting rekt or disengage when needed, and IFHE so you can actually do any damage. It's just a matter of which one first.
(Of course, the ATL needs AFT because the range is horrible. Might need to have a captain just for it.)
Wouldn't mind the Boise. Not sure about the Torture Cruise Boat--depends if the Pan Am will all be CLs.

But that captain build also works for Massachusetts and the CL line, so it's not like it's lost points. |
