How does she hold up in game atm? I've thought about buying her for a while. However she seems to be public enemy No.1 and with radar everywhere in tier 8 and up atm, does she suffer? It seems she relies on concealment.

She creates a no-go zone for both aircraft and DDs wherever she goes. She is public enemy number one for everybody as, if she can see you, she can kill you. She will burn the BBs, citadel the CAs, devastate the DDs, annhilate the aircraft, and crush the CVs. You have to revel in the rage and hatred the other team will have for you every time you sail as they will always prioritize your destruction over all others out of fear of what you can do to them. You have zero armor so abuse the islands, use your orbital strike ballistics, and keep an eye-out for opportunities to ambush with your AP and Torps.

Unlimited DAA and radar as well as being a flamethrower? What's not to love.
More fragile than Humpty Dumpty after he fell off the wall though.

You would want a high point captain in it.
You need to hide whenever possible.
The gun arcs are high, so you can lob islands, range is only 11.1km vs concealment of 10.7km.
Torps are only 4.5km range
Main battery doubles as AA, so you could specialise that way instead

Atlanta is probably the most fun ship to play in the game. She is also very situational - you have to make use of cover, smokes, etc. As a very squishy ship, she is a priority target for almost everyone on the enemy team. It's a little bit like the old ELC from WoT - fun, powerful, but played wrong you will be deleted from the game very quickly.
