USS New Orleans represents my first tier VIII cruiser. Tonight I'll outfit her and start building XP to be transferred to USS Baltimore. I don't really know how to use radar, so any help with when and where, and also how to properly hunt destroyers would be useful. Something I've wondered but never gotten a good answer: is the American 203mm armor piercing round effective against high tier battleships? One last question. Is there any reason to do an AA build, or should I be focused on concealment and survivability?
