I'm sorry, I just saw this. I have the Dunkek, it's "fine". I don't think it's a bad ship, but the dispersion is kind of irritating and it overpens a lot. My main issue with T6 prems is how often you face T8 MM, though.

I have it as well. It's pretty meh to be honest. The penetration is lackluster and the reload is way too long for a 330mm gun. Fire chance is good, so you can spam HE. If I had it to do over I'd probably skip it.
Edit: the armor is also bad. I think it's 25mm all around and gets overmatched by everything. It's very susceptible to high explosive damage.
