Due to the on track that's on the way, figure i'll give Chinese tanks a go. What are your impressions of the various lines? Aside from LTs i never tend to see Chinese tanks.

Last time I played them they're basically the underpowered cousins of either Japanese tanks or Russia depending on where in the line you are, I couldn't go through to the Tier VI, I was too annoyed with the underpowered gun for it's tier.

If I remember correctly, doing the heavy line first saves you shit loads of XP in the medium line, think unlocking the 113 reduces one package on a medium by 60k XP.
Could've changed though.

I played to the Type 34 then stopped. I wasn't to keen on it at the time. Will probably start running it again. I have the Hype 59 so that will kind of help the grind.

The gun depression and gun handling on the T-34-1 and the T-34-2 made me very sad. I presume the pair of WZ at T9 and the tanks at T10 are better. Hopefully a bit better player now and having a bit more experience on things with no gun depression (object 416, borsig etc) might make it easier if I try the line again. Then again Rest, if you are just trying to justify to us you buying the king dragon, we understand  |

The heavy line makes the WZ-120 significantly easier to grind, and it doesn't blow chunks like the medium line until the WZ-120 does.
If you want the 121, grind the heavies first, then go down the light tank line to the WZ-120

R35T...the LTs are a hoot to play and very capable. The mediums are so-so, but I really enjoy the WZ-120...it has slow aim time and poor gun depression, but it hits like a tone of bricks and has decent gun handling and maneuverability. I'm only up to the WZ-111, but it's a great tank.
I should be unlocking the T10 LT during this on track and I'm really looking forward to it.

132-1 is plain awesome.
I rage sold the 120 a long time ago. The derp giggle effect didn't make up for its lack of gun depression.
I'm interested in hearing how the tier 9 & 10 TDs are.

Honestly, the only Chinese tank i've ever played is the Hype 59. I've just never had enough interest to grind them out, when there are other nations I prefer playing with my limited time.
These TDs, thought, might get my interest at some point....but probably not right now, lol.

The Tier V 60G FT comes with an 85mm as base package. 13.33 rounds per minute 128 pen 160 dmg for AP rounds. Prem are HEAT. In the hands of someone less scrubby than me I imagine its quite evil. |

I might just start grinding the TDs(add it to the AT, US arty stalled at the M12 though, IS7, IS4, and Chieften grinds I have going). Granted I bought the Type-58 so guess I'm grinding the 120 and 113 too.

The tier 10 TD is totally outclassed by the 268 from the looks of things That's lime the US Arty line. Going to the M53/M55 then unlocking T92 but will never buy it. But that is because the M53/M55 should be the Tier X and something else in place of the T92 or move the M53/M55 up and put something else at Tier IX. But I will be making the grind to the Chinese tier X's a priority over the M53/M55 and probably my Deathstar grind too(severely hating the AT grind right now). |
