I'm after finding fun in wot again and struggling. I've already decided that i'm not going to bother with anything that sees tier X as that tier is a complete rage inducing mess. So, i'm after sticking with tiers 5-7. Which tanks are would you say are the most fun within that tier range? Other than the Tiger, T-34-88, V/IV and Firefly i haven't used a mid tier tank in along time so no idea which are fun and which are obsolete in the current meta.

Cromwell, Hellcat, O-I, Tiger, T29, IS/IS-2, Scorpion and probably ten more tanks that my half awake brain can't remember right now. I don't really play tier 5 much so only 6-7 in my list. I enjoy tier 7 mediums too, but most players probably would prefer heavies in that tier. I still love T20, T-34-1 and Chi-Ri but someone have to be a bit different  |

The IS is going to be rebought. How is the Hellcat? KV-1S is fun
VK-36.01(H) is good
My best win rate is in the Black Prince (60.4% with 129 battles.) It can chew up T-29's that are not hull down and spit out tigers if played right.

I forgot all about the Jagdpanther, that was an amazing TD, i'm guessing it hasn't been powercreeped? I hear alot about the T67 , and that it's OP so i should get that to take it for a spin. Nah mate, the Jagdpanther is still amazing imo. T67 yeah its OP lol especially if you have a great crew with all the camo skillz. Gunner is drunk at times but with a 2,7 sec reload, kemp bush and you can keep firing undetected from very close range. Just be careful of enemies blind firing your position 'cause it fires so fast |

Here's a noob opinion on heavies: Church I, Church VII (Highest WN8), BP, T-1, KV1S (Highest EFF), & think I'm going to like IS (Still in perpetual grind) Since I get killed a lot by O-I and Hammer, and see a lot of them, they must be good (envy). Med & TD: Sorry I sold my Wolverine to move up, a great sit-back tank. T-20 is great in a swarm & good money maker; but too slow for break-thru hunting. For shear fun, even with terrible numbers, Cromwell, hands-down. A good game is a great game! Couple of Top Guns and often highest XP even when down-tier. BUT I'm just not a good enough driver to keep it out of trouble. Lt: Crusader ( highest WR @ 69%) Interesting though, 37 different tanks and none more than three votes. That's pretty much all over the place.  |

Only recently started playing it skreb lord, sorry Rest that is, but I have been having fun in the T37, shooting tanks in the arse etc. Not been a light player before but it is fun. In 5 out of 6 games it see's 8 or 9 (yes a skill cannon has killed me, dirty scrub from the light clan no less). At least avoid the 10's. Looking forward to the bulldog, though that will see 10 of course. KV2 for the HE lol, certainly better than that shit brick O-I. SU85 / SU100 were fun to play and with the SU100 400 alpha on the top pack hits hard when top / middle tier. The ARL44 french tier 6 heavy hits hard and might be worth a punt. And of course, the chi ri with its autoloader is fun (not good RPG  ) Not played it but the comet looks fun (when I am dead and have watched foottall or snorelacks) |

Pz IV H with the derp gun has potential too. The side skirts are functional, so other derp guns won't do much if they hit you there.

I like the BDR G1B for tier 5, awesome gun at that tier and effective when bottom tier. Tier 6 I don't have any opinions on as I haven't found a tank I really like at tier 6 yet. For tier 7 I have to go with the Comet! Love that tank, so much fun in that tank, for me at least.

Ignoring Premium's, I kept quite a few tanks i enjoyed playing in tier 5-7, they are the most fun tier's to play.
Tier 5 - T67, Crusader, VK 30.01H, AMX ELC, T-34, KV-1, O-I Exp
Tier 6 - Hellcat, FV304, VK 30.02M, ARL 44 (105mm), KV-2, T-150, SU-100 (122mm)
Tier 7 - M41 Bulldog, T20, T29, Comet, Tiger, Tiger P, KV-13, KV-3, T-34-1

Is the tier 6 VK heavy worth getting? I have 2 decent german crews doing nothing but tier 2 prems until I get an E75 and E100... Also never played the KV13.

Excellent gun, great mobility, okayish armor. Play it like a Heavium and angle, and you'll do well in it. |
