Seems kind of pointless. Though clans in general seem pointless to me any way, but thats another story. As frazzle noted, it depends a lot on the clan. Some are focused solely on competition, some are just social, and some have a mix. We're more social, but have a few folks interested in competition and scrimmages. (Not me, as I'm just a filthy casual.) We also have monthly events with some pretty solid prizes—this month's is a year of XBL Gold. (In the past we have had $50 gift cards, codes to premium tanks, keychains ... all kinds of stuff). We're also pretty creative with our events -- it's our two-year anniversary, so we have an old-school Batman Dynamic Duo event. One sr. member serves as Batman (in a tier VII), and one new member as Robin (in a tier VI), and they take on six bad guys (the Board and staff) -- two top bad guys in tier VIs, plus their henchmen (two in Vs, two in IVs) who rotate as we move on. We have three maps (rounds), and the good guys get three chances in each round to take out just one of the top bad guys (tier VI) to move to the next round. They can also pull a tool off the utility belt and Robin can take a tier VII for one match. Naturally, we talk a lot of smack during the battle, with folks playing audio clips from the old TV show as it goes on. Totally hilarious. We have 14 duos signed up for it, which is costing me a goddamn fortune in silver.  But it's a ton of fun! |

Sounds fun, but I could do that while not being in a clan(well technically no I couldn't since I never play with any one else any more). Maybe if there was an official tournament or something, then maybe I'd join a clan. Right now they are utterly pointless. |

Kinda amusing how he seemed to bring in R-A as well, as a 'hardcore' clan. I have practically contributed nothing much to R-A at all, aside from actively getting the thread back up only for it to poof again, will forever wonder why I was even let in seeing as I have yet to platoon with any of the other actual members. Probably because they thought youd spam the clan thread anyways so might as well make it look like your supposed to be there. : : |

On the topic of bans, is it just a forum ban, or can they actually ban you from playing the game? Pretty sure they can't ban you from actually playing the game, because of it being on Xbox or PS4. They could on PC I believe but you would seriously have to do something bad I would imagine. |

So by Delta's logic here, if I see an [ARTY] member in game, I could just troll them and get them killed if they are on my team, and it would be totally fine because the team should just carry me and from the red's perspective it's helpful.
Seems a fun idea to do exactly that, and just give them his quotes if they try to call me out on it.
