The past few days playing tanks have been awful. Absolute shit rng and shit matchmaking.
RNG, nothing shoots straight (my normally good T-10 missed 4 shots on the broadside of a Jageroo, at 200m, CDC missed the command hatch of a Centenial 5 shots, at 150m) everything low rolls, everything that should more than likely pen bounces, takes anywhere from 3-6 shots to track a red, yet get tracked in 1 by anything, mercy roll and mercy bounce have been letting reds get a few more chances at damaging me. Also the ghost shells are in full force
MM, usually i have 1-2 tanks afk, and the mm is so lopsided. What's the point of even trying, when 3/4 of your team is tier 8s, and 3/4 of the red team is uni platoons in tier 10 tds?
I deleted and reinstalled the game and I tried to give it another chance, only could take the shit rng for 2 games, in the mark 1. I love how even when i'm angling the tank, they still pen, and i bounce 2/3 of the time off weakpoints.
I would have liked to get the centennial, but i don't think it's happening. I would have gotten a T34-88 when it came out, but at this point, i don't think i have any desire to support wg anymore.
So what to do when the game stops being fun?

I like to build those metal earth models. Ever seen them? They are kinda cool. I've done all the tanks they have. Only four, which is a bummer. But they do have a lot of other models to offer. I think I will check out some Star Wars ones next.
That and play Forza...

Not sure if you're into Star Trek but there's a free Star Trek game on the Xbox (probably PS4 too) that's quite addictive, it's a freemium but I've not put a penny into it and still having loads of fun. You basically play through an AI story mode and they give you a free Space Ship everytime you level up 10 times. There is also PvP but I'm only playing it to chill out.

I do a lot of crossword puzzles. They're good for the bathroom time if you don't have a smart fone.
If there's a certain object or whatever you find interesting or maybe wanna collect you could check out some local auctions/flea markets/yard sales. The things you might find.........
About to give Wot a break, I just can't because they keep giving away free tanks. I'm just a sucker for free shit

Perhaps you should scale it back. I don't seem to get burned out on WoT but my schedule limits my time in game, too. Maybe there's soft limit on how much a person should play to stay interested?

Take a break, even if it's a month or so we've all done it, just try and find another game that is just as fun and immersive. For me this would be Elite: Dangerous, Ark Survival Evolved as I can't think of any moment where I've rage quit them. (Except taking a 2 week break from Elite when I crashed with tens of millions worth of exploration data but that was my own fault lol)

Tutorial is dull but things get alot more hectic. No pay walls, plenty of customisation and it's a relaxing game compared to wot. I'm not a Star Trek fan and i'm enjoying it, though some of the aliens do look a bit daft. Good story arcs are good too tbh. |

Take a routine short break every week or every other week. I travel regularly for work so that acts as a self induced break. It allows me to focus on work or things that are more important. In the end, remember that it's just a game. Of course we all want to perform well, but I try to get enjoyment out of the little things in the game such as the artwork, the one shots when they happen, stupid thing that others do, etc.
I also enjoy platooning more than I do solo play because it's more consistent and the laughs are real. Good luck.

I try to give myself a few days off each week just to kinda chill and clear my head about all the stuff about this game that makes me want to strangle someone. Works for the most part.  |

Might want to play as Federation though, or Fed allied Romulan. I picked KDF and have no mates to co-op with due to them all picking the first 2 factions i mentioned.

Your creds are capped at 10million..
Anything over that is lost, for good..
You can concert dil I to Zen, or buy Zen to get that cap removed though..
And on PC, as some of the high end ships cost over 700mil, might want to consider working for that cap removal first..

Dark What is there to aim for ship wise after tier 5 and 6? I have a mirror universe Vo'Quv carrier with 4 advanced birds of prey deployables, and my weapons are maxed for my rank. Not sure what to aim for next with the Klingons. Do i just keep upgrading the weapons and consoles or are there end game ships? |
